There are white fabric-like bits under my ESSA Hazel's eyes. I don't really like how it looks and I feel it affects our bond sometimes. Is there anything I can do to remove or even just hide it?

(Photo because people like photos) I have 3 different ESSA's right now, and rn im trying to keep a bond with 2 of my ESSAs in the photo (Hazel and Butterscotch) but I don't want my parents to find out because idk how they would react to a 14 year old using stuffed animals for panic attacks. Theyre not the type i need to hide their existence from, but i don't want them to randomly find out they are ESSAs

where do I claim my rewards? What does this even mean?
