I’m in Japan, and was just looking through an antiques store and my finger got punctured by a rusty nail. No blood, no access to soap and water so I poured anti bacterial spray all over it.

I haven’t had a tetanus shot since I was 17, should I be concerned and go and try and find somewhere to get one?
