Do Georgia Tech DE Students Qualify for Conditional?

I just finished distance math at Tech and I'm wondering if I could get the conditional pathway after the waitlist for GT closes assuming I'm not directly admitted

How Difficult is Mechanical Engineering at Tech?

For more context, my goal is to get around a 3.5 GPA, and I was wondering how tremendously difficult GT classes actually are. I'm planning to transfer from UGA to tech after next year and want to know the difference

My friend got waitlisted from GT (his dream school) back in march and is now committed to UGA for mech E. He plans to transfer to GT later on for mechanical engineering and second semester senior year has been killing him (he had a mental health episode during this time) that caused him to fail a elective literature class (not required for graduation or anything). His other grades were all A's and one B, and he is pretty stressed right now since he thinks his chances to transfer to GT are pretty much fried now, even through the Regents Engineering Transfer Program. He plans to explain the F to GT when he applies for transfer through the additional info section or whatever but I'm not exactly sure how that would help since an F's an F.

My friend has an F in an ela dual enrollment class that isnt required to graduate or anything but an F's and F. He's planning to transfer to mechanical engineering and retake the class he failed at UGA, so are his chances bad because of that F? I'm asking cuz im trynna transfer to aerospace and I have no idea what to tell him

I recently had a project due in a dual enrollment class that was required for passing the course and I couldn't complete it by the deadline and I dont think I can get a second chance... So this means I'll probably fail it. The reason I couldnt complete that one project is because I was extremely stressed due to other important exams and delayed doing it, but my professor locked it before the assignment closed for good.

I know I messed up but for context my other grades are fine (A's and B's) so am I at high risk for getting rescinded?
