Just curious. I haven't been able to identify it by comparison on the Internet to any reference images of anything. I was born with it. Gets darker with sun exposure.

I mostly want to fix the little horizontal lines on my forehead (Picture 1) and face plus the tiny bumps and hyperpigmentation scars from acne (Picture 2).
My skin is very dry and flaky, most likely dehydrated (but I drink lots of water so IDK). I have a history of eczema and psoriasis if that helps.
My current routine in order of application is:
CeraVe Hydrating Foaming Oil Cleanser
Round Lab Dokdo Toner
Good Molecules Yerba Mate Eye Cream
CosRx 6 Peptide Skin Booster Serum (I used to use the CosRxAdvanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence, which worked well too)
CosRx Advanced Snail 92 All in One Moisturizing Cream
(Only AM) Beauty of Joseon Rice and Probiotics Sunscreen
I top up my sunscreen throughout the day with the Abib Airy Sunstick Smoothing Bar.
At night, each once a week, on different days, I use the Good Molecules Gentle Retinol Cream, Yuzu Blemish Gel Cream, sandwiching it between two layers of my moisturizer. Also on a different night once a week, I use the Good Molecules Overnight Exfoliating Treatment.
In the winter, to mitigate flakiness and dryness, I swap the CosRx Snail Mucin Moisturizer for the NIVEA Creme in the blue tin. I will target extra dry spots with Aquaphor.
In the past, I used to use the Holika Holika and Up & Up Aloe Vera Gels after the serum but before the moisturizer. I found Holika Holika to be fine but Up & Up to burn my skin. Stopped in general because I didn't see the need to continue moisturizing under my moisturizer.
I am open to buying new products, especially for the dark spots. Please help! I'm considering PDRN or Needle Shot creams?
