‘Fish and ski’ model experience

Who has a ‘fish and ski’ model they love? I’m more entertaining a fish primary, ski second aluminum hull style like the Lowe FS or Lund crossover than a fiberglass bow rider that just happens to have seat posts, like the Tahoe’s.

The more I look the more different models come out of the woodwork but searching for them isn’t very intuitive because many other models share those words. Curious what I’m missing.

We are on a lake with a pontoon for cruising already docked (but only 55hp so no tubing), so I’m not looking for ‘comfort for a day on the water’ as much as I’m looking for double duty - 1) more trailerable than a pontoon to fish elsewhere and 2) pulling the kids on tubes for 30-45 min at a time. I’d spend more to upgrade our pontoon than find a couple year old fish and ski, and then I wouldn’t have a boat to go explore other lakes as easily as this route.

▲ 2 r/Tools

Looking to get a set of combo wrenches and sockets to keep at a seasonal place. I have a good set of each at home, and this set will be for the ‘just need something there when I need it’ mindset so not every project has to rely on me bringing tools from home. Messing with yard-item assembly, golf cart tinkering, etc. What low-entry price point sets are furthest from complete garbage?
