I started a Shorts only channel a few days ago, and can't seem to escape this 1k views jail.
Do I need to be patient? Improve the stats on my Shorts?

I have over 12k subscribers on my channel, but the problem is that old Shorts are getting me a ton more subscribers than my long-form videos, causing my subscribers not to click and watch my long-form. I'm experienced in long-form video editing, thumbnail making and everything, but never actually had a Shorts only channel.
I need suggestions on where to begin. This includes the topic (game, brainrot etc.), important details (tags, channel keywords etc.), and so on.

It was a Short or a Reel showcasing these smooth white (quartz?) edges being placed between blocks, acting as corners. Maybe they were stairs but designed really smoothly like the image I attached, but I can't find anything similar...
For example my past 2 videos have basically flatlined within 2 days post-upload.
I need help on what I'm doing wrong and how to fix it.
