I’m looking for a place to stay near 'Sikanderpur Metro' or anywhere (within max 30 minutes travel) with good connectivity for an easy daily commute.

I’m open to both:

• an independent 1RK/studio, or
• a room in a pre-occupied flat with decent flatmates.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

• Budget: ₹12,000–₹15,000
• Clean room with an attached washroom preferred
• Chill, hygienic, and drama-free environment
• Fully furnished/semi-furnished works
