Hi there, I am a 28 yr old bangladeshi canadian. I have some cash sitting aside around 10-15lakh bdt. And I came access an opportunity to purchase shares of a 5 star resort in Cox bazaar built by a subsidiary of bhaiya group.
Now my question is this a legit investment you guys think? The company looks fairly reputable and 50yr old company. But there has always been scam which is pushing me against investing.
They told each share could provide upto 60-80k bdt profit annually and will have a 300tk stamp document for ownership and would register the shares within 6 months of purchase.
Since I don’t live in bangladesh am kinda skeptical on investing but at the same time I would like to diversify my investment and have something in bangladesh.
Would appreciate your knowledgeable guidance.
