What to do with a 14 year old boy who breaks and punches things when he is mad

Since my last post got taken down and there was support but there was also incels in the comments making it like I’m his fucking parent. I’m 16 but my dads (abandoned) not around and my step mom is very old so she doesn’t do anything with my brother. But he’s hitting puberty and when he is angry he breaks and hits things. Today, he was mad at my sister (half sister) when he couldn’t find his science project and started calling her a bitch and put a hole in her wall. I feel bad I just kind of said what the fuck. I don’t really know what to do with him cuz I can’t over power him , I was thinking of hitting him with a pan (only object near me NOT RATIONAL) But I didn’t cuz that would’ve ended rly bad. Help me idk what to do with him. I also want to clarify he hits my sister and has attempted to hit me in the past. I have never resorted violence and he does NOT LISTEN.
