how to deal with mental health and relationship

General title ik and I'm not really sure how to post here den. Looking for some advice lang ig. My partner and I are young adults really early twenties, and dealing with our own problems. Not a one-time thing, but sometimes my partner gets to the point of days with suicidal thoughts and depressive state since not only does she have a lot of things going on, she also has unmedicated PCOS, which who knows how it affects her mental health. I'm not gonna lie, I'm not really the best partner either, but we both know that relying on each other completely when in a depressive or suicidal state is not really healthy. It's great to be there for each other yes but expecting your partner to deal with your mental health issues might not be the best. Unfortunately, we don't really have money for literally anything. She can't get her pcos medications, we don't have money for therapy, I've read there's like cheaper or free ones like pghopd, but expect like months later ata for you to be scheduled. Are there really not much we can do? I completely admit that I'm not the best at handling our situations, so I was hoping sana there's some stuff that pips here can suggest cause I really care about my partner and I'm afraid that it could lead to something worse later on.

mb if it's bad post
