im coming in jammu in a few days, bohot jagh bol rhe prepaid works and many people say post paid work, now you guys tell me what actually works and jio or airtel which one is best?

is there anyone travelling to jammu on 14/05/2026?

flipkart and Ekart seriously need to do something with their delivery policy and confirmation system. my two orders were supposed to be delivered on Monday, I got a call but I was giving exam so I didn't see it, then after that I got no calls now sms no thing and the app was showing that delivery is already done, like where tf? and fyi the payment was prepaid. then I tried to contact them, there wasn't any number of delivery agent so i couldn't reach him, so i called customer care, she ragistered a complaint, then I called her next day to get a follow up but no one picked I tried multiple times. then again I tried next day, someone else picked i told him I already ragistered a complaint and all stuff, he said the date which was given to me for any update is 2nd of May so I will get update by that day, so i waited while constantly trying to contact them via mail or number.

now today I have no update , my order is still not delivered, i searched about it and found that it happened with many people. i shouldn't have done prepaid. if anyone has any advice or this happened with someone, pls advice what should I do next
