Below tenant unreasonable noise complaints { Toronto , CA}

Okay so we moved in may 1.
My fiancé and I + our 3 year old son,
We are respectful people who work 5-6 days a week from 9 am until 6pm.
About 4 days ago our super come to our door to let us know we had a noise complaint from the downstairs neighbour, that our son apparently specifically was making noise( not sure how they could say it was him or us but I digress ) even though he was at a sitters the night in question, we DO NOT let our son play inside the apartment and whenever he does run we stop him IMMEDIATELY.
Tonight I was doing the dishes at 8:30 pm, I dropped a Tupperware and they stared ramming the ceiling shaking my floor, about an hour later my son dropped his iPad and again banging shaking my apartment, scaring my son, even louder this time…
My finance went down to let them know as friendly neighbours we try to keep it down , but these are not intentional noises, not outside quiet hours and reasonable home noises
But they did not answer the door.
Will be talking to super but
Any advice ?

Super complaining about noise but haven’t made any excessive noise

Just moved in a week ago …
Super come to our door to say our son stomps and his very loud.
But my hubby and I work 5 days a week early morning to 6pm, my son is in daycare the same days and time
We are home weekends, our first weekend off he said he could hear him stomping but we were not home the night he said he heard it, and then switched and said “ well one of these nights “ now I’m like paranoid to make my son walk , I ordered some rugs to help the noise but honestly it is not at all excessive. And the 2-3 hours he is up after daycare he’s usually eating dinner getting ready for bed or playing ( which is reasonable enjoyment of my home ) any advice ? Or tips ?
I know to document things , get videos to show quietness

I’m 23,

I have a 3 year old and recently moved to my first apartment with my fiancé.

I work for my family’s company since I was l was able to.

When I finished secondary school I went to college for business and dropped out because I didn’t like the course and honestly didn’t see myself in the business setting forever.

I have this urge to start school and finish it not only for my son but for myself and to have a backup plan, god forbid anything happens to our company.

I want to go for law, a law clerk or paralegal…

Is it too late to start or any advice on starting school with a child and a full time job!
