Owner left his puppy abandoned here for the last 2 days - V block Sector 24
It seems like a 1–2 year old dog. The irresponsible owner has locked him inside 1RK, and he’s been crying all day and night long.
I really don’t understand why some people keep pets if they can’t take care of them properly. Is there any animal welfare group or rescue nearby that can help?
