Hi, I ordered clearance renewal during weekend and did not receive any text confirmation or email that my transaction is being processed, so I don't know if it went through. Has anyone here tried going to the physical office just to follow up or ask if your request has been processed? I paid 590 pa naman and paid it twice because i thought the first payment didnt get through since didnt receive confirmation and turns out didnt receive one too the second time. Why does government offices are like this, thats why we have it all online to make it convenient but they make more inconvenient to everyone. hays.

I did NBI renewal and paid sa MAYA but didnt receive any confirmation text that my payment is processed. So I tried another renewal appliaction and paid again thia time using GCASH but then no confirmation of my processed payment and it doesnt appear on my trasactions sa aking NBI account. Is it because today is weekend? I also tried to call their help desk but my calls didn't get through. How would I know if my payment was processed? Will I get a refund for the other payment I did?
