Did I miss play this?

Hello everyone, I have been playing a lot of live poker, low stakes and I experienced a hand that can’t get out of my head. So I was playing in a very touristic casino 1-3 nlh, I have 400€ effective ,after about 4 hands:

I get dealt AKo in button
Villain from cuttoff who is obviously a tourist looking to have fun, raises to 10€,

I 3bet to 35

Folds to villain who now 4bets me to 90€

I think if I should call or shove, eventually I just call

Flop: Kc,Tc,8d

He checks

I bet 70

He shoves

It made no sense to me that he had AA or KK, so I call, he shows 45 of clubs, we run it twice, I lost both to a flush.

Should I shove all in preflop? Or should I shove all in after he checked? Maybe he wouldn’t try to bluff?

Hello everyone, hope you are doing well. I’m a live 1-2 player (and online usually nl50 winning player, although had some success in nlh100) and I’m terrible at recognising bluffs. I know, it’s something that no matter how great you are in the game, you can never predict 100% BUT, it’s something I really want improve in my game. For context, I’m a TAG player, with very basic GTO knowledge and the last month I started throwing more bluffs myself. But because I’m playing tight, I always tend to believe anyone who overbets, or raises me abnormally large. What are your tips? On what board should I call depending on what I hold? What size bets look like bluffs? Thank you all!
