If you’re thinking about joining DRI (digital room), I honestly wouldn’t recommend it. The pay is very low, sometimes even delayed until early morning, and there’s little to no career growth. The HR department is poorly managed, and their recent events feel outdated and poorly executed. Even their posters look unprofessional like they were made using something as basic as Pizap, which is quite disappointing.
They also don’t seem open to constructive criticism. Overall, it’s not a good place to grow professionally, so I would strongly advise against joining.
