Hello 19 M here so I have never been into hookup but I get very scared of being in relationship or commitment if someone's approaching or there is chance like I get very scared of hurting opposite person but eventually end up hurting others no matter how good or amazing people are they I'm scared to see a future or to commit to anyone and eventually end up pushing people away though I want a relationship but everything is just confusing me , why I get paranoid of anything lasting ..please help??
