This is so last minute and May 1 is quickly approaching, but I'm really stumped between UNC Kenan Flagler Direct Admit (OOS) and USC Marshall spring. I'm hoping to go into consulting and double major in data sci/something else, and Marshall/KF are both tied in terms of undergrad business rankings. I'm from California and USC was my dream school for a longgg time, so I'm having trouble making a clear decision. I didn't get aid to either school, so 70K at UNC (280K total) or $100K at USC (but total 350K over four years since I got spring admit).

Pros for USC: I can take courses at CC (knock out GE's so when I get to usc in the spring I can go directly into advanced business courses), would do PDP program (graduate with bachelors + masters in 4 yr), close to family, know a lot of people/friends there, love how many things are in LA

Cons: Cost (need to take out student loans), may not be able to branch out as much and experience life somewhere new, more entertainment-focused, spring admit (But can get moved up to fall if i commit by may 1)

Pros for UNC: Have some friends going there as well, people there seem super uplifting and supportive, significantly cheaper, similar/better placement in consulting/IB (BUT in the East Coast), UNC is putting a ton of money into KF, Got guaranteed admittance to Kenan Flagler, would rush a sorority, college town, NO LOANS

Cons: Far from family, less diversity, less things to do in Chapel Hill than LA

I'd really appreciate any help and insight- I'm so indecisive I've been switching a lot. I also just am really attached to USC since it was my dream but can't justify paying an extra ~70K when Unc and usc seem quite similar in terms of business and social culture.
