Hi,

If have always used my income for my applications in the past and will do the same for ILR. If I change job 3 months before ILR applications (both are salaried jobs above income threshold), I will have to provide 12 months pay slips. I have a few questions:

1. Which CAT I am falling into? Cat A or Car B?
2. Can I use Super Priority if I am applying with 12 months pay slips?
3. Do I need to provide employment contracts?
4. What happens if worst case scenario I got terminated on my new job a couple of months before application date?

Hello,

I am wondering when is the exact date I can apply for ILR? Should I apply when it is:

(1) 28 days before completing 5 years from the date I received my first visa, or

(2) 28 days before the expiry date of my second visa?

I am asking before Option 2 is 30 days longer that Option 1, which confused me.
