Is this considered a hoover?
My ex and I broke up last October when she split on me very badly. I blocked her on everything and it's been radio silence since.
Last week a one of my female friends (who my ex accused me of cheating on her with) noticed my ex followed her on social media and sent her a DM. I was curious and asked if she talked about me or mentioned me at all. My friend said she has "intense anger" and still sounds very upset about the whole situation and bad mouths me. Of course she has a new boyfriend and is sure to brag how he's better than me. Even though I think I know what she is trying to do, why is she doing this now? She said so many awful things to me and got a rebound a week later.
The timing couldn't be worse either. I was finally starting to feel over it and now I feel like I'm getting emotionally dragged back in.
Any insight or advice would be welcome.
