New to Mac and want to really get the full experience by using Safari as my default browser. Any recommendations on a free ad blocker that is good?

I have a Samsung S25U with Boost. My Boost call blocking works really good, but the spam callers keep filling up my voicemail box even if the call is blocked. How do I stop this?
