Car loses brake pressure at low rpm

I drive a 1994 Acura Integra (manual). The brakes are usually very good and i barely have to press the pedal for them to engage, but sometimes when im coming to a stop the brakes will lose almost all pressure and i have to put my foot nearly to the floor to stop. This only happens at low rpm and seemingly only happens after ive been driving for a while, never happens when im turning around in the driveway after just starting. If this is a real issue i want to fix it before it gets worse. In my last car the break lines blew and i nearly caused a pileup on the highway sooo never again lol. Thanks

Why does my sound get crunchy/distorted after a couple minutes?

Im just getting into recording music and reaper is my first DAW. Im trying to record my bass through an interface, when i first start it sounds good and clean, but after like 5 minutes of changing nothing it falls apart and gets glitchy and distorted. Im using ASIO, if i open the ASIO configuration and close it the sound goes back to normal. This problem defies all logic as im literally not touching anything and the sound just degrades over time. Ive attached 2 clips that show this problem, they were taken about 5 minutes apart, i didnt do anything between them, didnt even move my bass from its spot in my lap. The sound just failed. How is this even possible? And how do i fix it? Thanks
