As a general out of state male candidate what branches can i get in MITS gwalior at 3.36 lakhs rank in jee mains is mechanical possible?

Likely going to join LNCT this year with CSE branch so just wanted to know few things:-
1)How are the hostels for the guys(more importantly khaana kaisa hai?)
2)Any idea how the NCC programme is
3)How is the crowd
