Tesla model 3 battery notification

Just got a 2021 Tesla model 3 standard range plus and was going home after the gym when this popped up. Haven’t charged it since yesterday, I don’t know what this means.

So I was passed out inside my vehicle after a night of drinking. Police came and I did a breathalyzer, and was issued a 3 day irp. Is it worth it for me to get a lawyer and fight the irp and try to get it removed from my record? I’m from BC. I was sleeping inside my vehicle with the keys in the backseat. Not driving at all.
