The weather today in Vijayawada indicates a possibility of rain, so we can expect some cool showers to break the heat. However, is it the right time for rain? What about the farmers and others who struggle with untimely rain? Unseasonal rains have become very common, and these might not even be considered pre-monsoon rains, I suppose, so.
