Country: USA
Use Case: School/research (large statistical models, standard office programs) and gaming (newer and upcoming titles such as GTA VI; Black Flag Resynched)
Preferred Specs: Not sure (see below)
Notes: As title says I’m going to grad school and need a new laptop and want one that can be used for gaming too. I know next to nothing about laptops, so any info whether it’s specific models or specs to look for is much appreciated. Based on the research I’ve done so far, it seems like the MSI Katana 15.6, Aorus Elite, Lenovo Legion 5i Gen 10, Asus ROG Strix all seem like they might meet my needs. Any opinions on these?
