I randomly decided to ask my mom a hypothetical question about attending my future wedding, and she said she didn’t know/hadn’t really thought about it.

In my head, I have preemptively came to terms with the fact that a lot of my family won’t be there (including my parents) if I ever decided to get married in the future.

How would you feel/how did you feel if your parents decided not to attend?
