Continuous discomfort please help
3 months ago I woke up to a burning/tingling sensation on the right side of my penis glans. In the morning I inspected and found a small faint red circle. Not raised. Mild discomfort. No pain when urinating or having sex. I went to numerous dermatologists and urologists. Both have no answers for me. About a month after the spot showed up, I started getting purple patches of inflammation around the bottom of my glans. The red ring has stayed the same size this entire time (pen head size), not noticeable unless you really look for it. I went and got a blood test for hsv and tested positive for hsv1. Not sure how long I’ve had it. I’ve never had blisters or anything like that. I’m three months in now and have seen no improvement. Just a dull burning/aching feeling in my glans pretty much all the time. My testicles also ache most of the time. This has really been taking a toll on my mental health. Can anyone help?
