Hey Denver — I'm Jake, owner of 5280 Lights. We install permanent Govee LED outdoor lighting using powder-coated aluminum SnapTrack channel (the architectural kind, not the plastic clip stuff). Plug-in system, no electrical permits, mostly residential and HOA work.

I'm building a small bench of 1099 contractors before season ramps. Two roles:

**🔧 Lead Installer — $200–$350 per install**

- Runs the 2-person crew

- Comfortable on 24–28' ladders, 2-story soffits

- Clean cable management, basic tool proficiency

- Most jobs run 1–2 days

**🪜 Helper / Ladder Hand — $120–$180 per install**

- Foots ladders, preps channel, hands materials, learns the install

- Solid fit if you're already in Christmas lights, gutters, solar, roofing, or handyman work and want extra income

**The deal:**

- Paid per install, not hourly

- Flexible — work around your other gigs

- I handle sales, scheduling, and customer comms — you just install

- Training provided on the SnapTrack system + Govee app

- Steady pipeline as we ramp — not a one-off gig

**Must-haves:**

- Denver Metro based

- Reliable transportation + basic tools

- Pride in clean, finished work (this is architectural — sloppy installs aren't an option)

- Can pass a basic background check

Questions — drop a comment or DM. Happy to chat about the work, the system, or what a typical install looks like.
