how to feel good about myself

Hello! I need some help. I'm a woman and I'll be 21 at the end of June. A lot of positive things are happening in my life, and I'm thrilled about it.

What makes me feel different is my body. I'm 1.70 m tall, weigh about 70 kg, and my waist is 91 cm. I have a round face that I think is rather cute, but I don't like my double chin.

Last year, for four months, I went for regular walks, and I really noticed a big difference in my energy levels and in my daily life in general. Climbing stairs, for example, became much easier. I also got my period after nine months of amenorrhea. I walked, but I didn't run, and I fasted for a month because of Ramadan.

But since then, I haven't had my period, and I've stopped walking because life had become more difficult. At that time, I weighed 68 kg and now I weigh 70 kg.

I've noticed that I often have back pain because I'm constantly working on my laptop and sitting for three hours in class. I've realized that when I sit, I get pain on the left side of my stomach, against the side of my back. This made me think my posture is bad, because when I did exercises to correct it, I noticed my stomach even got smaller.

I can't afford a gym membership or a personal trainer who could help me find a suitable workout program. Being tall, I assume I weigh more than average. My goal is simply to feel good about myself, to get rid of my back pain, and to feel pretty and have a more feminine appearance.

I'm not looking to get abs or anything like that; I just want a flat stomach. I want to be able to move around and not get tired so easily.

I have three months ahead of me. It's summer vacation before the start of a new chapter in my life: university. I want to get back in shape, and this time I'll exercise at home or even in the lovely park five minutes from my house.

The problem is, I don't know where to begin. What exercises would be suitable for me? I want to improve my posture, lose 4 to 5 kg, stay active, move around to feel good, and be able to do simple things like take the stairs without getting tired. I also want to start eating properly again. Compared to my friends who are so thin, I've reduced my portion sizes. I drink a little milk in the morning with a few biscuits and have my first meal in the evening. Even after eating, I'm still hungry.

I'm ready to buy dumbbells to start weight training at home. I just need some advice on where to begin. A YouTube channel that could guide me, perhaps? And I'd prefer to follow a woman's workouts. Perhaps all of this would help bring back my period.

Your advice and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

bac en psychologie - un peu perdue

Coucou !

Merci !!!

Salam!

I'm struggling a lot because my periods are irregular. Obviously I'm doing everything my doctor told me and I'm trying to take good care of my health but I also believe in making lots of dua!

Does anyone know a specific dua to get your periods back or just in general for your health ?

I'm sorry I'm not really able to form a good sentence since English is not my first language :(

Thank you <3

Hi! I placed an order on April 20th. The app indicated an expected delivery date of May 2nd, and thankfully, I received it on that date. I then placed another order on April 26th, with an estimated delivery date between May 2nd and 6th. It's now May 6th, and I still haven't received anything.

The last update was on May 29th and indicated that the package had been shipped and was being handled by the international warehouse.

I even tracked my order on Uniuni, since they're the ones handling the delivery, and it says they've received the information and are awaiting the package. I'm starting to get worried! Has anyone else experienced this? Did you eventually receive your package?

Bonjour,

Merci!
