So since my daughter Lucy has been younger, she has had lots of organization issues and has trouble keeping her spaces clean. There was this mess in the bathroom, that wasn't exactly a huge mess because there were only maybe a couple makeup products laying around.
She enjoys expressing herself through her makeup and clothing choices. She claims to be sort of scemo and that alternative culture is known for going against the norms. She has about 1,100 followers on tiktok and people constantly compliment her on her makeup, hair (which is this weird deep side-part that like comes out of the back of her head???), or clothing.
So back to what the post was supposed to be about, since she couldn't seem to keep the bathroom clean, I threw away all of her makeup.
The next morning when she woke up, she started crying and shut herself in her room and continued to cry for 3 hours and told me that I threw away at least $90 worth of product. Are all emos this emotional??
