How do I hold people accountable
I don’t doubt I’m never going to see anything more from my child’s father
(he goes off to the desert 2+ hours outside Nevada / AZ to survive. Hes extremely controlling and all sorts of toxic. He only wants to teach or care for our daughter to make her like him. This includes an extreme diet and survival lifestyle which my daughter has never known. His parenting approach is basically the opposite of most ideal parents including myself.
He’s living near by , owes 15k+ backpay and working in delivery/ride-share. In WA it’s illegal to not provide support when able.
Do I call the police on him? I’ve reported his whereabouts and what I believe he’s doing for work. Land coordinates to where he used to be. He’s 100% flight risk and I’d really like to stick it to him. The child support offices are very far north from here and I’ve had multiple case manager changes etc.
Just very stuck and stressed.. I know that mess of a man hasn’t been paying taxes.
I recently pulled our daughter out of school due to racist bullying and negligence leading to an unsafe learning environment. I want to fight for my baby. I just don’t know what I don’t know and could use direction. Any advice on dealing with the school also appreciated. They’re “investigating” internally but asked repeatedly to bring my daughter back to school..I don’t expect either things to resolve without some fight.
