My son just turned 3 this month. He has been struggling really bad at daycare with pushing other kids, not sharing/taking turns. He has been referred to OT, and we are awaiting contact from them. He is an extremely smart kid (daycare even aays this) and is loving and sweet, but has these moments out of nowhere of just pushing other kids. I won't even think about getting him assessed for anything as he's only 3 years old, and I know this can be common behaviours at this age(we don't even think about assessing before the age of 4 in Canada). Is anyone else going through this? He is an only child, so aside from daycare, he doesn't get a ton of interaction with other children. I want to help him in the best way I can, and at this rate, he's going to get kicked out of his daycare.
