I went to college across the country before coming home and meeting my fiancee. I have several friends who live a forty hour car ride away, and some don't have the ability to take off from work or take a plane. I love these friends dearly and I don't want to exclude them.

Is there a way to send an invite that also says "you are not required to come if it would be a financial burden?" Do I not send invites at all? I'd feel like I would be leaving these friends out if I didn't send out something, but I know money is tight for everyone and I really don't want to put pressure on my friends to spend money they don't have.

Any ideas or suggestions are welcome!

Today (4/26) around 2 or 3, we drove down College Parkway to Ritchie Highway (Route 2). We saw ten emergency vehicles, including at least four fire engines. Does anyone know what they were responding to?
