Encouragement or timeline for slynd nausea?

Hi all

I just started Slynd after being very nervous to take it for a while. I am on day 6 and had no side effects at all until yesterday. Now I am dealing with pretty severe nausea, and I'd just like to ask for some words of encouragement, or personal experiences specifically regarding slynd nausea and when it goes away or gets better?? 🥲

Some context because I am a context-craver myself:

I have strong OCD and anxiety during PMDD. I'm not at expected Pmdd time yet. I am sleeping well, no mental effects I can tell, hungry a lot. I am 27F, mild chronic fatigue-haver. Zofran is working but I can tell I'm not 100% good haha

Hi all,

For those of you with experience with fatigue or burnout, is there a way I can keep working but still recover/make things better? I'm doing everything I can think of to slow/reverse it but I need more ideas, I don't think anything is working. For context, I am not being overworked, I already struggled with fatigue. I am just working "hard", but I never work more than 8 hrs a day these days. I have some ability to be flexible with my schedule.

My efforts so far have been:

1day a week from home (this isn't always possible but I just started implementing it and I think it helps)

Not doing absolutely everything I can do everyday , pacing myself

Eating a snack at 2-3pm

Hydrating

I would like to start taking small breaks throughout the day but sometimes I forget.

It took me MINUTES to realize this didn't say ILNP and that this wasn't redditlaqueristas and I was just struggling to understand what they were trying to say about ILNP 😭
