Hello Community, I started my own scoby hotel recently, the pic was taken yesterday and there was a white deposition which can scrapped off,Today i took it again to see and it had disappeared

Please enlighten me, what this whitish grey deposition

Started F1 a week back, opened to start F2, Anybody help me identify if its normal
