Just trying to get my head around how we can consistently do this? We are quick off the blocks and then stutter and fall short or barely make it to playoffs. Is it that every season all other teams underestimate us and we go bonkers but slowly we are figured out by mid season and we fail to make adjustments? Is it on players or the management? It is the management that has been fairly constant. Players have changed. International players are gone, promising youngsters make the bulk now. But still the same story??
