I set up a job interview through the company's career website, but when I showed up, I was told that there was no interview today because the manager or assistant doesn't work on Mondays. The lady I was speaking to said to come back tomorrow at the same time, and when I asked for the assistant manager's number, she said she couldn't give it to me.

Is the company website not connected with its stores? Or is this a problem specific to the location, and I should look for a different store? I'm concerned this location may have poor management, and maybe it isn't a great place to work.
