Why why why?
This. This is why we can't have nice things. You literally have to have a guest key card to utilize the restroom at this hotel. This mens room is in the lobby of the hotel I am staying at currently.
That means some Jack Ass Guest threw paper towels in the urinals. And we wonder why service is so shitty sometimes.
Come on people. You wonder why service gets so crappy. It's little things every day people don't want to have to deal with.
This is a nice hotel. Guests screwing not only their fellow guests over but the hotel staff
Over time people especially staff just stop giving an F.
To all the Hilton staff across the planet. Thank you. Keep up the good work. Y'all have been great over the years. This Lifetime Diamond member appreciates all your efforts. I just crossed into Diamond Reserve for the year. Looking forward to night 2000.
