Moving 15 odd mins away from the square in a two bed home and I don’t think I’ll have gas but I’m trying to budget everything out so I know what I may have left savings wise for doing my usual renter/eco friendly upgrades into the home to save on utilities.

Assume that I need everything, even if it’s like a high guess I’d rather have more money put to the side than not enough. (Oh, Also no HOA)
