I recently bought an MSI monitor from a Computech and it has pretty noticeable backlight bleed that’s clearly visible during normal use. I asked for a refund, but they’re refusing and saying it has on site warranty so I should contact MSI instead. This feels off since the issue was present from the start and the unit seems defective. Is it valid for the seller to deny return like this.
