I proceeded in good faith and paid an Expression of Interest (EOI) for a 1-bedroom apartment in Binghatti Skyflame during a particularly difficult time in the UAE. Their sales representatives were persistently pushing me to proceed, and I relied on their company’s reputation and brand in making this decision.

At the time of signing the EOI, I was explicitly offered a **4% DLD waiver**, which was clearly documented and signed by both their sales representative and myself. However, without any explanation, I later received a Reservation Agreement that completely ignored this agreed-upon term and instead included the 4% DLD in the payment schedule.

When I questioned this, their sales representative provided inconsistent and unconvincing explanations—first calling it a “standard form,” then refusing to provide written confirmation of the waiver, and finally suggesting I pay upfront and let your finance team “decide later” whether to honor what was already agreed.

Following this, I clearly requested cancellation and a full refund of my EOI payment. I sent them a completed EOI refund form and several follow-up emails reiterating my cancellation request. I reached out to them on Facebook, whatapp sales and CRM account and no response

This reflects a serious failure on Binghatti side honor agreements, misleading practices, and a lack of accountability and false advertising.

Later i got to know that the same thing happened with several other people in the past

I'm sharing this here not looking for support or help but to warn future investor. During this difficult time that the middle east, it's very important to make the right choices and pick a trustworthy developer with a good customer success team that can support and help when needed and to not follow the catchy brands and sales Ad. They lie, they lie and they promote misleading offers to attract you to buy.
