Saw a cougar, put on some cover scent lotion. Tracked cougar, saw it approach this camp and looked through bino’s to see if any NPCs in camp.
No NPCs, but the cougar lay down by the lantern and hung out for a minute. It ended up spotting me so naturally had to take him. Funny game!
Does “rated” include endorsements, or does it only include category, class, and (as required) type rating?
Ex. A pilot with a thousand hours in his own Bonanza (High Performance) asks an instructor for a flight review. The instructor does not have High Performance endorsement but has CFI/I cert for ASEL.
61.51 (e)(3) A certificated flight instructor may log pilot in command flight time for all flight time while serving as the authorized instructor in an operation if the instructor is rated to act as pilot in command of that aircraft.
61.195 for flight instructor limitations only mentions Type Ratings, and Instructor certificates and ratings (category, class, instrument.)
