So… I am completing the Core One+ kit assembly. I am on Core XY assembly around step 17. I am putting a 30 mm screw into the motor mount to hold two pulleys and a spacer in place. Anyone else have a problem with the screw gaining resistance? It’s really easy to pull the screw out.

I contacted support and they are going to send me replacement parts, but I’m not very optimistic it will solve anything.
