Any book recommendation to get into Oil and Gas Downstream Industry?

Hi all,

so, I just started my fresh role as junior business analyst within the downstream unit/business development in an oil company. I'm wondering if anyone here from O&G industry has any book recommendations for understanding the entire technical/commercial/finance aspect of the industry that I should consider reading to get myself ready and understand it since I believe I'm going to stick long enough in this industry or at least should build a strong track record.

I have been flooded with major tasks and sometimes, I honestly have not a clue on what I'm reading into. For instance, I have been tasked with preparing and engaging with Tender application for providing service to other companies and my manager is voicing his intend to make me handle the costs projections to help ensure that our application wins.

thanks in advance 🙏🙏
