so long story short i sent my wife 5000 rupees on her number using phonepe and her primary bank selected in phonepe is Indusind but money got credited to Kotak and there was a lien on her Kotak account for 6500. What can i do?

tried contacting phonepe support but they are giving pointless arguments not talking about the issue.
