Hello everyone

I have a question, I am planning to visit the USA soon and I wanted to bring my DJI air 3s with me. I read about some laws regarding DJI drones that are not available for purchase in the states. Is it the same if I bring my drone from the UE to the USA?
I don’t want my drone to be seized at the customs
