Hi everyone,

So I was on vacation for 3 days at PR. The last day I was in the pool and we went to dinner afterwards I was so tired and didn’t rinse of or anything and just told myself I’ll shower when I arrive home which I did. While on the plane I was itching so much throughout the body and then I showered when home and it helped. But today I have itching on my thighs and legs still. Is this from the chlorine in the pool not being washed off?

Last night I had some squeezing chest pain 3am that lasted like 5 mins I got up and took a prescribed Xanax, I did have like 12 beers and went overboard and felt super gassy. Could the pain be from the gas and anxiety? Or could it be heart related. I also had ran a mile that day in the morning and was perfectly fine

So yesterday I went overboard had like 12 drinks. Woke up 3am and I felt gassy and I had this squeezing chest pain that freaked me out for about 5 minutes. I took a Xanax prescribed and went back to bed. I was very gassy from the beer. Could this be a heart issue? It’s been on my mind all day. Or just the gas bloating irritation

Yesterday I drank some beer fell asleep around 8:30 woke up at 2:30 drank water went back to bed around 4 and I was dreaming super heavy. Then while dreaming I kicked the air and I said f u b**** per my wife lol. Is this something bad or what?
