At what point should I be worried about symptoms after ER?

I had my egg retrieval Saturday morning. I had 26 follicles going into it and they got 16 eggs. Saturday I felt ok then at night I was in some pain but I was able to sleep. Sunday I woke up feeling ok but as the day went on I felt worse and worse. Then Sunday night I got the worst sleep cause I kept waking up in soo much pain. And this morning (Monday) I woke up in a lot of pain still. I took Tylenol but it’s not working. My whole belly just hurts and is so bloated but every movement and deep breath is so painful. At what point do I go to the hospital?

Currently doing stims for IVF and will likely be doing the egg retrieval Saturday or Sunday (almost there!!). On Monday, my estrogen was around 3300. Today (so 2 days later) it was around 8000. I’m a little nervous because chat gpt says I’m at a moderate to high risk of OHSS with those numbers and that jump. I have around 20 follicles growing between 10-21mm. My doctor wants me to do stims again tonight when I thought I would be triggering. Has anyone had similar levels? Did you get OHSS? I’m really nervous about it!

I’m on day 4 of stims, have done 3 days worth of stims technically as I’ll do the day 4 ones tonight. I’ve noticed I’m tired but today I noticed I’m out of breathe easily and keep having to take deeper breathes, but I don’t have much bloating yet. I also had a hot flash this morning and I’m definitely more emotional lol. Is the breathing stuff normal? Part of me is wondering if maybe it’s just anxiety since I feel nervous about the results after the egg retrieval (this is my first one). But wondering if anyone else gets out of breathe this easily early on in stims.
