I would argue that it is better to finish a strip before starting a new one, and to take them in a pleasingly symmetrical order. My fiancé, however, clearly didn't get the "lines things up nicely" sort of autism like I did. He got the map games and "obscure TTRPG lore" sort, alas.
I leave his medication to his own fell methods, fearing the chaos he keeps in his plastic sandwich sack of medications. I caress my neatly arranged medicine organiser, and tuck my meds into their dedicated satchel.
(This is very tongue in cheek and intended as playful, not antagonistic toward my fiancé or anyone who subscribes to the actively incorrect methods he uses. I love everything about him, especially the unskippable cutscenes of obscure TTRPG lore 🥰 )
